Unfortunately attempting to keep three boars together almost always results in fights and fall outs, regardless of cage size. The failure rate between boar trios is around 90%.
Now a fight has occurred, your piggies are unlikely to be able to remain living together and you will now need to look into a suitable separation. You will hopefully be able to separate out into a pair and one single piggy.
Any bites need to be cleaned with saline solution and a vet check might be good idea if they are severe to ensure infection doesn’t set in.
Unfortunately once blood is drawn it means that at least two of the piggies will not live together. I would either take out the attacker or the attacked pig and see if you can at least keep one pair of boars bonded
