Figures Crossed Davros May Have A Friend

I went to a rescue today and they have a lone boar due to the death of his friend. I have reserved him but I first have to pass a home check (I've done lots before for a dog rescue, but never been on the other end). He has to see the vet as the have found a lump that needs looking at, and then Davros has to like him!

He's 2 and half, his mate died last week, he's a little down about it and is long haired, and really needs a trim and brush. I know it may not work and it's very early days, but I'm hopeful.

It a it sad as I saw this pig on their website two weeks ago, to be homed with his friend (which it still says) and it's only by going in I found his friend had passed away.

Best of luck, keeping fingers crossed. Please let us know how you get on. Don't worry about the home check, we were nervous on our first one they just want to see the cage etc.... ask few questions on diet and things like that typically.
