Poppy was one of our GPRN sponsor piggys when the scheme was running she is a grand old lady and has been doing very well of late except she had developed a fatty lump on her back. It was realtively small and not causing any issue so I had left it alone as she is old to risk an anesthetic for something cosmetic. Sadly Daisy decided the lump was unslightly and has bitten it leaving a large hole.

Poppy is about to go to the vets to have the remainder of the lump removed and stitches.

Poor Poppy! Hope she recovers quickly, crossing everything for her and sending healing vibes. xxxxx

HEALING WHEEEEEEEEEEKS FROM THE GIRLS AND I XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Poor girl! I will keep my fingers firmly crossed for her.

I have always loved your updates of those two special girls while you were running the sponsoring scheme.

Well Poppy is all dropped off the cyst was masking a small tumour at one side of it so she is in to have a lumpectomy I think I need one now so I can swallow the £150 quote for the op. If they try and charge a consult fee I will be miffed I told them that was the problem and solution on the phone when I booked the appointment!
Can pick her up later so will keep everyone updated.
For those who have not met Poppy her thread is here
