This might just come under all pets but Fireworks night. I have two piggies (one is a new rescue today) who are petrified by fireworks. We just had a display in the park but they obviously hated it. I gave them LOADS of hay to hide under but is there anything else I can do to calm them down over the next week or so?
 
Could you bring them indoors? If not, then add fleecy items, cuddle cups, spare bits of fleece etc.
 
Sorry forgot to mention they are already indoors :)
 
At the moment I have a moving hay bale as Baxter is following FlipFlop everywhere (so cute!) but they are obvious they dont like it.

The only good thing is that, that was the only "professional" display around here and its over. I am expecting the odd home displays so nothing quite as loud but you never know.
 
The only thing i can think of that may also help drown out the fireworks is having the TV on a bit louder than normal x
