I know its a way off yet but someone round here was letting off a few fireworks last night . . . :tickedoff: as if its not bad enough in flipping November, I don't know about you but where I live they start in the middle of October and it goes on for a ruddy month . . .

One of my clients friends rabbits died from shock last Bonfire Night, they lived quite close to where there was a big display :'( :'( :'( and they didn't put bunny inside >:( :tickedoff: :tickedoff:

What do you do with your guineas when its firework time, do you take them in or do anything different?

god knows why they let them off at this time of year,we got them the other week, maybe it was someones bday party or something but theyre bloody annoying

Yeh too right, and the way guineas jump at unexpected noises, they must have hyper sensitive hearing, poor little things . . .

i always bring my guinea pigs in on bonfire night sometimes the night before bonfire night and the night after it as some people let them off early and a few days late, i generally bring them in around 5-6 and put them back out in the shed at 11 when most big displays and people outside have stopped letting them off..if they are still bad they stay in overnight

yeah, generally around where i live the really loud ones in huge bundles go on for 3-4 days, you hear the odd few at night in the weeks running upto, and weeks after

I think my piggies will be spending a lot of time before during and after bonfire night indoors. I hate fireworks and those people who let the odd loud one off in the early hours just to wake everyone up gits!
