Fireworks:(

Need some help please, we've had fireworks going off nearby for almost an hour and harry & Lloyd are completely freaked out. They're in the living room which seems to be louder but I've nowhere else for them to go. I've put fleece over part of their cage and piles of extra hay to hide in but I can tell they're still stressed. I would bring them into my room but Lloyd hates katie & Nala (who are oblivious to the noise). Judging by last year this could go on for several more hours
 
It's quite loud where I am too. Murray is fine, but this is jacks first he's a little freaked out too. Might sound mad but calomine hay, seems to calm them a little, plenty of treats so they associate the noise with something pleasant . I hope they will be ok . I'm at the top of my three storey house . First time for me up here. It is a little noisy I have too say x
 
Hay does seemed to have helped a bit, might have to treat them to some parsley x
 
Sadly not, thank god it's only one night. I've moved them away from the window and put some music on for them. I thought we would be ok as it was meant to be cancelled but looks like it either went ahead anyway or people are setting off their own.

Nightmare I know, we were all young once tho ! Lol x
 
Sorry you are having problems. I'm so lucky that none of my animals are bothered by fireworks. I just walked the dog and he didnt bat an eyelid.

My dog salem(rip) was a big Doberman he used to hide under the bed covers shaking teeth chattering and everything. Refused to go out , hung on too his weed and poohs till the morning. My amazing boy. I miss you so much xx
