I hate fireworks,
The teror wild birds and other wildlife must go through on bombfire night :cen:

I hate them too, we've already had to put up with them since early September. The piggies rush into hiding every time one goes off nearby.

:D I am not a big firework fan. These days, they are not restricted to just Bonfire night and the weeks closest to it. Some people keep some of their fireworks and set them off during the year, I assume on special occasions. I have heard them going off around here at all times of the year. Thankfully, they don't seem to bother my piggies!

I am a bit worried that some will go off near my house this Halloween and I am not sure how the pigs will react.

Our guineas don't seen bothered at all and on bonfire night we have a massive display round here. Some years it has shook the windows. One of our dogs is terrified he has to go on tablets a few weeks before.

Sorry guys but I love them! Not had piggies at this time of year before so no idea how they'll react, though if I remeber last year we hardLy had any near us! My dog barks when they go off but that's as much drama as we get!

I don't understand the point unless it's a proper firework evening. Someone started setting them off around here last night so it is just the beginning :(

Unfortunately for the animals and those of you who don't like them, I think they'll be around now until new year! I can only suggest doing something new for your pets to keep them occupied and keep doors and windows closed! Poor little things

You're lucky it's only once a year. Here you'll hear firecrackers and the like all year round. Fortunately our apartment is fairly insulated unless they're right outside the window (we're on the tenth floor).
