first baths

Its my boys first bath and i'm scared they don't love me anymore. 8... Jack even bit me when i try to stroke him later in the day. Mind you they do look cleaner and fluffy sweet.
I'm sure in time they will forget and forgive....well i hope, I do love my boysx)
I am going to buy 2 large hats for them to use as snuggle beds.

Both my boys hate baths. Hazelnut tries to get out by running up my arm and Peanut Butter tries to jump to the top of a 10inch stainless steel sink. But somehow they either forget or forgive me. Cuddling them in huge bath towels until they dry and hand feeding them their favourite vegies right after their baths might be why they still tolerate me!

My boys wont even let me cuddle them. still least its a long time between baths so they should forget

Have you tried wrapping them up in a towel and stroking them through the towel? Even having them in their snuggle beds on your lap while you stroke them in the beds might help. How long have you had them?

All my guineas have always hated baths - they have to cuddle up with my OH or be stroked through the towel before they like me again!

Ah, they will forget, don't worry! It's all for their own good Clive had a week long sulk at me recently when I was working very late (Ofsted in school). Even though my husband was giving them all the attention I usually do, Clive tipped up everything in his cage every day until things returned to normal. The little tink.
