teabag

Awww i had my first gush gush moment with my piggie teabag yesterday!

As it was p'ing down when i got in from work, i brought them both inside to have a run around in their indoor play pen. They'd been in for about 30 mins and i went to the kitchen to make a cup of tea. When i came back out of the kitchen Teabag came trotting over to the side of the pen and was sniffing at me like mad. As i got a bit closer and i started chatting to him he started to climb up the side trying to get to me AWWWWWWWW :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

He was just so adorable i practically threw my cuppa aside so i could get him out and have a cuddle :-* :-* :-* I feel like a proper mum now as he's obviously starting to realise that seeing me means nice things! :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Took some great pics too so will upload them when I have a mo.... :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

:smitten: Oh I love those moments! :smitten:

I go all funny when they are sitting on me and do piggy kisses. It's not the salt on my hands I say, they wuv me! :smitten:

Ahhh how magic is that :smitten:

I love those little moments - but the first is always the best x

Awwwww :smitten: :smitten: I've had my piggies for like 7 months and they still don't 'like' me as such but hey there's still time ;)

AWWWWWWWWWWWWW It makes you feel soooooo good :smitten: :smitten:

Ronald and Donald do this now and after what they went through It makes me sooooo happy that they trust me enough to come and greet me :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Ahhhhhhhhh its so cute when they come to you isnt it - so rewarding :smitten:

It is yes! I was so proud....of course, my more cynical partner said he was probably just after some food. But i don't care! Even if he was it still means he trusts me enough to come to me to get it, so there :P

awww... how sweet! I love it when they scooootle across to you like that. :smitten:

He's obviously very thankful you rescued him!

Cant wait to see some pic's. O0

Aw thats lovely! I love the name Teabag by the way!

Last week when I took Tiger to the vets for a mites jab, which he hates, he ran across the table and scooted up my front inside my suit jacket so only his nose and bottom were poking out - it was so cute! He normally only comes up to me if he is after food but he must have been scared this time. I was made up! He obviously knows who I am and that he is safe with me.

They sure do! I mean i love them to death already, but when they do cutie things like that i think i'd do anything for them 98) 98)

Trouble is...i want a whole empire of piggies now! They really are addictive! :smitten: :smitten:

After being so nervous and timid, Scruffy has let me put my hand in towards him, he sniffed my hand for a while instead of running away and then let me stroke his nose for quite a long time! I am delighted - he was so scared and unhappy when Fuzzy was poorly and then when he died, and as we were syringe feeding poor Fuzzy so often I think Scruffy got a bit neglected and scared that every time a hand came into the cage something bad would happen, but now he has another little friend he has really come out of his shell. Its lovely for the 2 of them as Lucky was being bullied and had been bitten, but he is quite confident, and Scruffy who used to be so nervous has got some confidence back too. They are a pair of little sweeties - I can sit for hours and watch them! :smitten:

The fact that a living thing demonstratively trusts you so much for me is quite humbling. They lick your hand and you would protect them with your life. I imagine having a baby might be similar

I cant wait for this to happen it will be so great! I've only had mine a few weeks, they will both sit on me but i get the impression bee is still scared but bumble will lie down and clean herself and she licks my hand sometimes but i just assumed it tasted nice lol! I hope they like me :) teabag sounds so cute! x

Aww so cute. My oldest three are always standing at the bars when I come in and I never thought anything of it until I introduced a baby to one of my older boys. He's so shy in comparison, he still won'tcome running for veggies, though he will take them from my hand if I put them in front of him while he's safe in his house. So sweet
