So Godfrey has eye drops for his left eye but both are scratched (not the eye, the part around it) only the right eye is less bad.
Anyway!
What signs of infection should I look for? When do I panic? I'm already panicking but when do I panic more? They look okay but I'm still worried...

A smell can be a sign of infection setting in. Along with a red look to the area, or a swelling. Also if he'll let you get close enough to touch or have your hand near then if it feels warm or hot then that can be a sign of infection.

@TheCavySlave Try not to worry. A wound around the idea isn't the best place for a pig but it's a good place for a slave to keep a watch on it. You'll see any changes straight away. If it looks okay then I'm sure it is.

Big hugs - be kind to yourself - you are doing a wonderful job with the boys

I am assuming that the drops are from the vet, and they had a look at both eyes and decided only one needed drops?
If that is the case then just keep a close watch on the other eye.
If Godfrey suddenly seems to be blinking a lot, the eye looks red or swollen, or it is wet around the eye then you might need to take him to have it checked again, but otherwise try not to worry.
