....we're getting all excited now.....Step 1...Cage ordered and on its way :-) . we went for the Ferplast 120 from Zooplus....Time to start moving furniture around in anticipation...and just about to ring the RSPCA in Derby as they have a couple of boys on their website :)

Oooo so exciting! :)) Zooplus are a fab site and quick with deliveries too, awww hope the RSPCA visit goes well ,cant wait for pigtures :))

oh how exciting! We got our cage from petvillas online and is a ferplast one and its lovely. If you have no luck with the RSPCA then you could try searching for a local rescue home, theres one on the outskirts of Leicester (Kibworth) called Beech Tree Bunnies. We got our girls from there this Sunday and they currently have lots of pigs, including some 4 weeks that weren't quite ready to be seperated from their mum. I was quite suprised by how many they had actually.

Cool, we can't wait & camera at the ready lol... I'm going to contact some local rescues today....dont mind travelling a bit and being in Derby we're not far from Leics, Notts, Chesterfield & Stoke! My day off work is gonna be full I think :-))

I've heard of another one in Leicester called honneybunnies or something like that. Didn't contact them though as we wanted abyssinians and Lynn from Beech Tree was straight back in contact to say they had some. See also gave us a bag of food so we can introduce their new food slowly to prevent too much stress and the runs and she also said we could call or email anytime with any questions which is always comforting to know. If you go ask to see Rupert (giant rabbit) I've seen giant rabbits before but he was something else!

I'll give them a call..I dare't look at the rabbits aswell..I have big back garden :)) .. Just spoken to Bramcote Rescue in Nottingham and apparently they have quite alot looking for new homes at the mo and more coming in .. hurry up cage!

heehee-i i know!....think i have enough numbers for now or I'm gonna need more cages rolleyes
