Ana and Elsa are 16 weeks old still too wet / cold to put them on the lawn so I thought I would bring grass to them. Thier first taste of grass They soon finshed it off - love it!

I remember when I took Shady my favourite ever hamster out on the grass... I made a video of him. I miss him lots sigh. And omg :D I was thinking of calling my piggies Ana and Elsa :) Your piggies are extra cute!

The first grass is always special!

Please make sure that up the amount you feed slowly, so that their tummies can cope with all the fresh new grass by the time it is warm and dry enough for them to go out on the lawn fully. That way, you avoid having to deal with potential diarrhoea or at the worst, bloat from too much rich fresh grass.

Hope it won't be long for good weather now, gorgeous and sunny here yesterday, even had my windows open at one point it was that nice. Looking forward to putting the run out and seeing them munching away on the fresh grass.
Lovely piggie pics by the way thanks for sharing.

Awww green spaghetti! Made your photo bigger for you, beautiful piggies

Thanks for advise on slow increase of grass will defo do slowly -don't fancy the outCome of not lol! Thanks for making photo bigger and nice comments about the girls. My daughter named them after Disney Frozen film. Ana as she is red and Elsa as she has a white streak just like the characters and they are also sisters. Not bad for a five year old. They are her 5th bday pressie but she's too young to look after them so it's down to moi. Am getting very fond of them they are developing characters and it's lovely to watch. They also recognise me now and squeal when I come in the room and will come over and sit on my knee when we get them out :-)
