Mine love capsicum too, but only the green one! The red or yellow ones are met with suspicion every time! I'm lucky that our local supermarket chain have "Odd Bunch" veggies. Poor misshapen capsicums that are perfectly fine for cheaper!
 
Mine love it too! And doesn't have to be expensive, just look for the cheaper 'family value' packs in the supermarkets. The peppers may be smaller/not as colourful but pigs don't mind!
 
I often get capsicums/peppers cheap at the supermarket towards closing time, some are a little wrinkley on one side but i cut the wrinkley parts up and freeze them for stew and give the piggies the good bits and put in salad.

My piggies would never eat capsicum everytime i offered it, wouldnt even try it and then one day they ate it all and have loved it ever since lol.
