First Time On Grass - How To Make Sure They Don't Overindulge!

My piggies have been in the run outside but never on grass. They do occasionally eat grass that I bring in for them and they also eat readigrass. I would like to put the run on the grass today, but how do I make sure that they don't get carried away and eat far too much?! I understand that they can get bloat - will they know when to stop?!
