Fitch... Has It Changed?

Hey peeps,

I've been using fitch for 7 months and now but the last bale i bought, it was really different, the paper flakes we're much smaller and less thick and it was really bad at odor control, piggies smelt by day 3 where as normally i can get a week out of it with only changing the hay corner.

It's kinda put me off buying it again!

Has anybody else found this?

I'll be watching this thread . I use Fitch . I got my last delivery in Nov last year and am starting go to think about ordering my next lot.

I was thinking about ordering some Fitch again too but I've just found a very local supplier who will get Aubiose for me so I was going to try a bag of that first before ordering any Fitch. I'd also be interested to hear what others hve to say on your Fitch question.

My newest bale arrived just over a week ago and it doesn't appear any different from normal. Still excellent at absorbing smells and wee.
