Tia seems to have a couple of small bald patches with flakes of dry skin. Can put a moisterizer on it if so where do I get it from. That Nizeroll how ever it's spelt didn't do anything.

Do you have any pictures?
It could be a fungal or mite infection which will need vet treatment as soon as possible, including any cage-mates.
