Have just did my weekly piggie checks (I check their coats, eyes, ears, feet etc for anything different) and one of my boars Elvis has quite flaky skin. If you go backwards against his coat it looks like he has dandruff. As advised by the rescue I got him from he gets bathed with Gorgeous Guineas Posh 'n' Go but am wondering if I should try something different?

Has he come from outdoors to indoors?

Perhaps you can contact gorgeousguineas?

Change in temperature could do it, yes.

Are there any baldy spots or broken hair shafts? Or just dandruff?

Over-bathing can make it worse - have you bathed them recently?

Some of mine are naturally scurfy - especially the curly haired pigs!

If you can get some pics it might be worth emailing Chrissie at Gorgeous Guineas for advice

He doesnt have any bald spots or hair loss and he doesnt appear to itch either. I have emailed Gorgeous Guineas for advice as I'm wondering whether to try using the CocoNeem Melt on him. Last time he was bathed was a week ago x

Cuzzy had this I thought it was mites but now I have more knowledge I realise it was fungal. Chrissie should sort you out. :)
