Flapjack

This was Flapjack. I had him for around 5 years, such a loving guinea, loved being cuddled, and would snuggle right under your neck. He was very timid, but very friendly with certain people who he was familiar with.
He got ill just before christmas in 2008, just very tired, lost a little bit of fur, wasnt his usual self. My 18th birthday was on the 20th December, we decided we would take him to the vets to get him seen as he wasnt improving, but unfortunately he died on the night on my birthday very sad. We buried him at the bottom of my garden and he has a little stone too.

I'm so sorry - he was beautiful. I still miss piggies that died over 10 years ago - you never forget them. Do you have any piggies now or are you having a break?

I have 2 piggies now, a year old called Lola and I just got a baby not long ago called Daisy, shes 10 weeks, I cant imagine not having a guinea pig! I couldnt get one for like 3 years after Flapjack died because of my landlords so I was so happy when I was allowed to get my guineas

Great that you are handing on your love and the piggy knowledge that Flapjack has taught you to make more piggies happy; that is the best legacy you could choose!
