Do you de-flea (and lice, fly strike, ticks ect...) your piggies?

If so, what "spot on" (or shampoo etc...) do you use, and how often.

If you don't do this then why not?

Thanks

They don't really get flees. You only really need to treat for mites if they have them not as a preventative measure and I go to vets for this. Same with fungal infections only need to treat if they get a problem.

I shampoo mine about once every 4-6 weeks as they are boys and get a bit smelly any their greese glands get quite gross! I use gorgous guineas "just for boars" website is http://www.gorgeousguineas.co.uk/

I shampoo mine too, just done them last weekend with Lice N Easy from Gorgeous Guineas :)
