Always kept on wood shavings before but I've decided to give fleece liners a go. I've got a sewing machine and whipped a couple of three layer mats (fleece/towelling/waterproof) yesterday as well as smaller ones for 'heavy use' areas. Question: do your pigs wreck/chew them?

I love fleece bedding - and my pigs do too! The only thing that I have found mine chew are the bath mats that I use in the high traffic area where I put their hay pile as they’re the bobbly bath mats. They don’t chew the fleece itself but I can imagine if there were any loose threads that they would have a go! I’m sure you’ve done your research but just make sure once they’re made you ‘wick’ them by washing them a few times before use. Good luck making your piggy liners!
