Fleece To Vetbed

I've got myself some vet bed from EBay and I'm changing them over on Saturday.

Is there anything I have to do to prepare the vetbed?

IE - do I have to wash it before first use? If so what temp?

I always wash mine once to remove any loose fibres. I wash on 60 degrees. Good luck with it. My little ones and I love it.
 
Thank you. I think it might work better then fleece.

How long does it generally take the dry out after washing?
 
It only takes a few hours. I leave mine hanging over doors to save space.
 
I found I didn't have to pre-wash my vetbed before first use. Vetbed can be dried in the clothes dryer as well. I even use high heat. It's dry in about 45 minutes.
 
Forgot to ask its fleece vetbed. Is that the same process for washing?

How are you getting along with the vet bed? I've just had some delivered and ItT's just in the wash now. ☺
 
I love the look of vet bet, perhaps one day I will change. I love the different patterns of fleece though.

It feels so warm. I've just got a plain dark grey colour. I figured it might not show so much poop because even though I poo pick twice a day, they still cover the floor. I've also bought a black and decker hand held vac which is brilliant for sucking up poop. Best not tell my hubby how much I'm spending on these pampered piggies :whistle:
 
I've got a black and decker hand held for my fleece, they are great for poo picking!
 
Hoovers are great for picking up poop aren't they!
Mind you, these days I just pick it up with my hands if the Hoover is charging. :whistle:
