fleece is just normal bog standard fleece nothing specially made for piggies. The kind you get throws made out of etc... they make dog fleeces etc.. which you can buy in cheap shops such as wilkinson's or home bargains you can also purchase off internet. Usually they are the kind for dogs (which is fine). You could also buy fleece throws from cheap shops such as a supermarket in homewares section or places like primark which are also fine!
You can use any old fleece as stated before me. However fellce isnt absorbant so its important to put towels and/or newspaper underneith so piggies wee is absorbed
Also I dont know what your set up is but i use a towel in choccos hay area as shaking hay off fleace is a challenge
Hope this helps.

Fleece used for Bedding should ideally be Medium (or heavier) Weight Polar Fleece as the light weight Fleeces, such as Micro Fleece, just don't stand up to the abuse, nor are any good for wicking urine away from soggy bums!
You should be able to buy Medium Weight Polar Fleece from your local Fabric / Haberdashery store for between £5 - £8 per metre.
As mentioned Fleece on it's own isn't much use, you need to combine it with an absorbent layer of towels or newspaper underneath to prevent Piggies sitting in their own piddle puddles!
Another little tip would be to wash the Fleece at least 3 or 4 times before using as bedding, as this helps to improve it's wicking qualities and will also remove any dressing left in the fabric. Do not use Fabric Conditioner!
If you are finding it hard to get hold of Fleece, we sell it in our store and all proceeds from our sales help Piggies and other small animals in rescues up and down the UK
