Our last guinea pig Floofy passed away 2 weeks ago. He was around 4 1/2 and bonded to our old piggy Mooky who we lost at a grand old age of 6 1/2 in March.

Floofy loved Mookys so dearly, they had a very happy little lives together in our living room, making our days cheerier. I miss all their little squeeks, rumbles and pops that livened up our home. Floofys was a rare jumping pig that to my amazement could easily reach his platforms without ramps. Mookys was a big teddy bear and loved napping on my lap and cuddles. We called him my emotional support pig who listened to my worries after a long day.

My guinea pigs have been such a big part of my life for so long, and got me through some very tough times. It seems so sad to be closing off this chapter. I'll miss them forever and am so grateful for the limitless love they gave. Goodbye Floofy and Mooky. Words can't describe how much I loved you. Thanks for being a part of my life.

Thank you to this community for helping me with them when it felt like there was no one else.
