I was one of the posters that replied on your thread yesterday https://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/threads/hello.152497/ of course feel free to give them time in their run just make sure they have plenty of hideys in there so they feel safe. As mentioned in your other thread you can use cosies or tunnels to transport them safely. I linked to a video guide on there for you so have a quick look back at that.
