Hi all, spring is in the air and my indoor piggies enjoyed some time in the outdoors last year. As I don't have any grass and only concrete I used an old blanket as the flooring and a dog enclosure. They're only out when I am so on nice days haha. But I'm wondering if there's a more permanent flooring or at least something I can leave out a few days. they don't like walking on concrete.... I was thinking of hemp but idk if that would just get soggy. Indoors they have hemp and hay but I don't want to invite rodents to it over night..... orrrr I can just keep putting the blanket out and washing it every time 🤷🏻‍♀️ anyone have any ideas? How about foam mats but idk if my Loki would just chew them.... thanks guys

Honestly, I would just continue to put down a blanket when they are out rather than try to leave anything out for a few days - It’s just going to get wet/damp.

When I put my piggies on the patio I pop them on an old duvet, shake it out at the end of the day and wash it the next day. I have 2 old duvets so I have one in the wash and one in use.

Ah yes thanks for the replies. I've been thinking and I'm just gonna stick to the blanket..... just trying to make it easier and ended up stressing about it haha. And I'm sure the cats around the area would have an awesome time if I left anything out x
