Surely they would see it as being bonded and have to re-establish their heirarchy each time? Sounds stressful for them to me. Also wouldnt the two boars fight?
It is better not to combine groups for floor time.
Every time they are put together they will have to try and establish hierarchy in their 'new' group - it isn't play time for them - it's stressful and hard work.
They will be much happier (and safer) left to enjoy separate floor times.
That's what I thought but I know of people that have done it, but it's not worth it if it's going to go wrong. Its chaotic In my house, l let one lot of piggies in the run for an hour, then the others. Then the dogs come out to play. Put them away, cuddle the piggies, change over to the dogs again,spend time with the hamsters. I'm so glad the kids are all grown up. Not that you'd know it. Lol
