Floortime

Today was floor time and some amazing things happened.
I was sitting next to the piggies doing some work and they keep trying to escape so eventually I had to stop working and keep an eye on them. they are quite new to floortime so at first, they hid in the corner, but then robin came over and started sniffing me and when I patted her she didn't run away like usual. So I gave her some carrot and she instantly loved me the others weren't as daring but Hermione did take some hay out my hand and then ran away. It will be a working progress, but hopefully, they will all learn to trust me a little more.

I'm certain they will. One of mine was quite unsure when I got her but now when we have floor time and I sit on the floor with them, she climbs onto my knee to get the treat I have. Its just time and consistency. It also helps to find their absolutely favorite food. My girls just adore tomato so I keep that treat until the evening when we have floor time. Lola suddenly becomes brave and will let me pat her now but only while we are getting tomato though. They do anything for tomato!

My girls just love carrot!
I can get a little bit on my finger and they will sometimes lick it off. I think their second favourite food is either tomato or corn on the cob. they will do anything for those foods.I didn't know for a long time that you hade to do floor time quite often, so my piggies are quite new. Is that bad?

Its all a learning curve. I have had mine a year now and I'm still learning.
