I dont think they can eat them - as anything from the onion family can be toxic to them  :-\ Ive never given mine anything 'oniony' just in case
 
Leeks are not on the piggy menue-I do not think they would like them anyway.
 
i don't think they can have them cos as Piggyloon has said oniony things can be toxic. hope that helps :)
