Food dispensers. Going away for a day

Hi everyone,
I'll be needing to go away every other weekend from saturday morning after I've fed my guinea pigs until Sunday night for a while. Normally one of my family members would be available to feed my piggies but that's not possible anymore.
They get fresh veggies and pallets in the morning. I was wondering if anyone had used a programmable food dispenser to give them their food? I cant think of anything else I could use. I'd use one for water as well and I'm trying to find a cold one for their veggies
Or maybe theres something else all together that I could do?
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

i know this sounds silly but ive seen an automatic food dispenser for large fish tanks, maybe that could work? If you sort of..stuck it onto the wall the top rotates around and drops food below it (meant to go onto the water surface, but you could put a bowl underneath or let it drop on the floor)
 
I know many will disagree, but if a pet sitter is not an option and you will be away for less than 36 hours I think they will be ok.
I would feed them their normal morning veggies on Saturday, top up all pellet bowls, add as much hay as possible in various places (large hay tray, hay bag, stuffed in a box), make sure they have a minimum of 3 full water bottles, and I think they will be fine.
Ideally if you could get a neighbour to just pop in and confirm the have hay and water after 24 hours that would be great.

Using any sort of automated system has too many things that can go wrong in my opinion (mechanical failure, power cut, blockage, etc).
As long as they have plentiful hay and water they will be ok.

I left one of my pigs on my wedding. From friday morning until saturday late afternoon, i just put loads of hay in, 2 water bottles, and 2 servings of nuggets. His veg he could miss
