Hi all, hope all the pigs and pig parents out there are well.
Can you advise on the best food to give a little guy who is recovering from a bladder stone op?
TIA x

Hi! Our diet guide contains tips for diet adaptations for a balanced low calcium long term diet for guinea pigs with urinary tract problems. Long Term Balanced General And Special Needs Guinea Pig Diets

Please filter your water irrespective of whether you live in a hard or soft water or get hold of low calcium still water (most is high calcium). Switch to ideally timothy based/grain-free and calcium-free or at least low calcium pellets (1 tablespoon per day) and follow the veg advice to prevent a recurrance of stone if possible.

Perfect, thank you so much x

I have checked the pellet / nugget spreadsheet which is brilliant BTW.
I use science selective grain free but want zero calcium nuggets and I can't find any from the chart available to buy in uk
I cannot find any water filters that remove calcium either. A aaaaargh. x
