Food Help

Can someone help and tell me the danger foods for piggies.

So far (have only had them a week) they have had curly kale, carrot, sweetcorn, cucumber, sprouts, honeydew melon, peppers.

What else can they have and what should i avoid (I know to avoid mushroom, potato, onion) someone also said avoid lettuce - is this true?

Any help much appreciated

ummm yeah you're right not to give anything in the onion family or potatoes and mushrooms, ummm the stuff you have fed sounds fine O0 i should look at the forum's shopping list as that has what you can and can't feed, it's very good! O0 http://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=47.0

My personal opinion is it is everything in moderation. Lettuce is fine (not iceburg) Romaine/Cos lettuce is a firm favourite here and I give it twice a week. It can be bad if given every day.
