Can only one tell what percentage food I should give my piggies, as I realise some food is better for them than others,l give mine
Veggies twice a day
About 1 or a little more of select nuggets twice a day
Timothy hay & meadow hay (as much as they want)
And a bowl full of fresh grass in the afternoon.
And they still wheek at me ever time l walk past the cage. Lol

Sounds like you are giving them plenty of food - and in the right proportions .

Grass should be counted as part of their veg allowance .


Perhaps getting earplugs is the answer ?
 
My Teto squeaks at me every time I go by the cage and runs to the kitchen of their cage expecting food (even if I have just fed them). Any time she hears a plastic bag she screams demanding what ever is in the bag (since all she know comes out of crinkling bags is food! HAHA)
 
Well, guinea pigs know that sometimes if they try, they can get some more food so... why not give it a chance, right? :))
