Adult Guinea Pig
my adorable boar brothers went back to the RSPCA centre this morning. Having seen them born back on 11th March this was the hardest 'end of foster period' I have had so far. You know in your heart of hearts that these things are temporary, but it doesn't make it any easier! I am keeping my fingers crossed that they find a new adopter really soon, but at least I can see them when I go for my volunteering. They will have missed their 5pm veggies tonight, which they got with me
, and I shall miss their mischievous faces every morning, wheeking full volume as I came down the stairs. If only I had a bigger house, and wasn't half-crippled with fibromyalgia, and had enough money, I could keep some piggies permanently! Never mind, fostering ensures they had a good start in life and are happy and healthy. Good luck boys
.
