Found some teardrop shaped poops....

After putting the girls back into their newly cleaned cage I found some teardrop shaped poops, which I know can mean malnutrition or dehydration. I'm just a little baffled because they both seem to be drinking enough water, I've seen them both at the water bottle drinking. I did just switch their brand of lettuce to a new brand, could that have any affect on them? It's a spring mix just a different brand. I have syringe fed them some water just to be on the safe side, I'm just a little concerned after everything I just went through with Penny. I checked their weights and they are both within a normal range. They both seem their usual selves, still eating and running around normally. Any thoughts?

It can also be a sign of eating too many veggies, or too many watery veggies, or another medical issue.

Oh thank you, I didn't know that! I have cut back on their veggies today and gave them some extra hay to munch on. I may skip their veggies tomorrow if their poops haven't gone back to normal.
