This is a huge warning to everyone!

I live in a very built up area, somewhere you really wouldn't expect to see a fox or any wildlife for that matter.

Since December I have seen 3 foxes, one of them was quiet happily running up and down the street, although lovely to watch it was also scary at the same time!

I know many warnings have been posted but this really scares you when you live in a built up area and see 3 foxes in 6 months!

Please make sure all of your housing is secure and safe and 100% fox proof, luckily I have all indoor animals but I felt the need to share this.

i agree, i live near a very busy roundabout and i have seen two recently :(

ps/ love your avatar

I live next to three 70mph roads which surround my house, I couldn't even think where they are coming from to be honest:{

Thank you :) Thats little Logan or Logiebear:red :(|)

foxes are a lot more common in urban areas than you think. I used to live in the city and would always see foxes in my garden. I've now moved more rural and rarely see one! urban foxes have adapted to humans and are a lot braver than country foxes. in fact, I know someone who lived in the city and had her whole tribe of piggies taken by foxes :-( always best to be cautious and make sure they are very secure x

I live in Glasgow on a busy main road and i don't think there has been a single night in all the years i've lived here that I haven't seen at least 1 fox, usually 3 or 4, when out with the dogs on a 10min walk.

I love to see them, but lots of people feed them around here so they seem to thrive and have very little fear of humans. They do however run a mile when they see my westie coming, he's a true terrier and would tear them to shreds if he ever got a hold of one, he goes mental at the slightest whiff of a fox. As you can imagine walking him last thing at night is not fun.
