This morning I noticed Frank wasn't him self. He was sitting in the corner of the cage looking all depressed and wasnt interested in his food when I feed them. I also gave them some cucumber which Frank only had a nibble of.
This afternoon when I got home from the school run Frank was in his house so I had a nosy in, he was rocking backwards and forwards so I opened up his house and noticed some really smelly sloppy poo.
Frank was covered so I've washed him and put him in the pet carrier so he can have a warm and dry off.
I can't see anything wrong with Fang but I have emptied the cage and will disinfect it all later when I've got 2nd kid from after school club.

Could this just be an off day with him?
I will phone the vets in the morning to see what they say.
Shall I keep the 2 boys apart just incase it spreads?

I would call the vet right away as this sounds like an emergency to me.

A poorly guinea pig can die within 24hrs if the approiate treatment is not sought. A guinea pig that is lethargic, loss of appetite and hunched is a guinea pig that needs urgent vet attention, guinea pig's do not have off day's.

I completely agree with piggyfan.

With or Without the sloppy poop, your guinea pig needs a vet.
