Junior Guinea Pig
I'm staying with my sister in ASHTEAD until 27th August, and would be happy to offer FREE GUINEA PIG SITTING if anybody needs it. We used to keep rescue guinea pigs as therapy animals for her (she is disabled), and I also kept two guinea pigs with my old housemate.
I am a thirty-something graduate medicine student, so I'm reliable and used to hard work. I'm happy to provide photo ID to prove this. I'm also very well read on the subject of guinea pig care.
If you're going on holiday and need to send your piggies somewhere where they will get the same routine, care and attention they get at home, it would be my pleasure to talk to you about their needs in as much detail as you like and recreate a familiar environment for them.
We are in a large, clean, semi-detached house with a long garden for any piggies used to supervised outdoor time. There is also an outdoor, on-grass hutch that we were unable to donate to the animal shelter when our pigs passed away due to its size, and your pigs would be welcome to make use of it on sunny afternoons.
Currently we have capacity for 1-3 guinea pigs, but we would consider more if the housing is a manageable size.
You would need to provide the housing, bedding, hay, water bottle and guinea pig food, and I will provide them with their favourite fruit and vegetables plus fresh long grass from the garden every day free of charge.
It would be nice to have guineas in the house again, as it did improve my sister's health, and I have more than enough time on my hands over the next couple of weeks.
If you would like, I would also be happy to provide WhatsApp or Facebook updates so you can see how your pigs are enjoying their holiday.
