Free hay, megazorb & sundries (North London)

Hi all,

Due to long term illness, I have very sadly reached the end of my guinea pig ownership journey (for now at least). I have quite a bit of hay, bedding, and other things that I cannot store.

I am giving these away for free to anyone who can come and pick them up from North London (N1).

Hay is from Hay Box - Premium Quality Hay Direct from Farm | Perfect for Rabbits if you want to have a proper look. The hay is beautiful quality, especially the timothy - very much loved by my piggies.

  • HAY - 5kg meadow hay box - probably 4/5 of the box left
  • HAY - 5kg timothy hay blend (mix of soft and stalky)- only a couple of handfuls gone
  • HAY - Small box of timothy "chop" - finely chopped timothy hay
  • MEGAZORB - 85L bag, opened but only a few scoops used
  • CORREX - thick blue sheet of corrugated plastic which has been used for several years, currently used for a 3x5 cage but could easily be cut down smaller. It's a bit battered and chewed at the edges but still good, especially if you want to trim it down a bit. Still taped up into the base shape so would probably be quite awkward to transport but I wanted to offer it to anyone who might be nearby as it's not the easiest thing to get ahold of
  • PAPER BAGS - 7x7inches, probably about 80 of them. Quite small but great for stuffing with hay and dried herbs for enrichment
  • PUPPY PADS - box of AmazonBasics puppy pads (56x56cm) - I'd estimate about 30 left (all unused and still folded obviously)
  • DISINFECTANT - 500ml bottle of conficlean 2 concentrate. This is OLD - date on the back is 2013 - there's just over half left as you need such a tiny amount at a time. Not sure if anyone would want this but listing it just in case! Otherwise I'll pass it to my pharmacist to dispose of safely
I can provide photos of anything on request. Very flexible with days/times of pickup. Not sure really how to do this but let me know if there's anything you're interested in and we'll figure it out!

Yes, there aren't any that are super close to me (that I can find anyway) but if there are no takers here I will start reaching out to some places in the next few days to see if they want it and have someone available to collect :)
