Just got my local free ads, There's an advert for free girl and boy guinea pigs! I want to get some of them because snake people will want them for there snakes! \or it could be an ex breeder! I'd love to rehome those poor litttle piggies!
 
yes get them !! they probably will end up as snake food otherwise!

Put a thing up in rescues and ask if anyone wants to get them if you rescue them ;) O0
 
I'm sure someone in Norfolk was asking about adopting some rescues. I remember Mawee saying that they had just been that way on hols and would have taken some of their piggies to them if she has known. Will look back on the threads to check I'm right. If so you could contact that person to let them know about the ad.
 
I would rescue them, then take them to a rescue to be honest, at least then you know they are getting a good home, rather than going to someone who hasnt a clue :-\ O0
 
hi just checked back on the thread it was some one with user name 'mum' that is in norfolk looking to rescue. Can you get in touch with mum to let her know?

I'll phone up tomorrow morning and ask how many there are . I only have one 3ft hutch and a 4ft hutch which my two girls live in. I do have some grids but only enough for a 2X3 and i'm not allowed piggies in my room. Then there's mum who's gonna be a big obstacle . I'll have to beg her! I hope they're still there.
 
If you phone them,ask the ages of the piggies.I can possibly take some old males.....they always seem to get left.I got the Freeads but didn"t see them....maybe a different area.
 
Youve gotta be careful! They might be free because somethings wrong! but take them to the vets and get 'them checked out and dont you DARE forget the cutie pigtures!

I wanna help those poor little piggies!
she says we have too many pets and one of our dofds are ill so it's gonna be expensive at the vets.

Could you add the link /contact info to the forum as someone else might be able to help. Sounds like 'mum' is interested and she is close by. Really wish i was nearer. :(

Just googled the phone number and its the phone number of Stargate Piggies Breeders. Bet the poor things are too old to breed from anymore so they are being turfed out :tickedoff:
 
I've just emailed Star gate piggies. i've asked how many there are.

This is sooo frustrating. I'm soo close to them but mum won't let me have them.
I have a spare hutch and C&C cage.
 
http://www.stargatepiggies.co.uk/ That is the website! Oh it's so heartbreaking. Wish I was in Norfolk now I would certainly help. This is why I want to move all pigs into the shed as well so I will have space to rescue 8 pigs if need be.

Hope something can be sorted for these little guys!

that is just awful :'( :'( :'( I wish I was closer I would have them and then find them new homes it makes me sooo cross!
 
Only phone up if you are going to offer a place for them. I'm sure something could be sorted out for them given time, but don't do it without your mum knowing- sorry you might be 20 but you might be 12 lol! I don't know :)
 
ahhh poor piggies - Look on piggie pix look at the 5 picture of the piggy and look at his nails ?
