Hi all, I hope you and your furry potatoes are all well. We are sadly no longer guinea pig owners having made the decision after Frenchie passed to rehome Lollipop as she was getting depressed. She is much happier now.

This means that I have a whole guinea pig set up that we no longer need and I wondered if anyone here would like it for free? - feel free to make a donation to one of the fabulous rescues on here if you like. We are in Stevenage so you would have to be able to collect it.

It is a 2x5 c&c cage (missing 2 grids). The corex (not sure that is the right name) base and 2 lots of 2x4 and 1x2 fleece liners. There are also a few other bits and pieces that we have such as an outside run, hideys, critical care food etc. I have attached a photo of how we had it.

I'm so sorry for the silence. It has been a really busy week.
I am happy for it to be collected by courier. I will see if I can get some boxes this week to package it up. I'm not sure how to package the correx though - do you think folding it and tieing with string would be OK for the courier?

You can fold the chloroplast sheet along the scoring lines that it had when originally delivered. That usually makes it pretty small; you could use a piece of duct tape on the end to hold it together after you do that. If you find that confusing, I can provide a picture.
 
I'm sure between us we can arrange this, do you know the dimensions allowed for Yodel or EVRI so we know what size to aim for? 💐
 
Hello again. I have finally managed to box it up and get it in to 1 box 😃. I'm so sorry for the delay.

The dimensions are:

63x36x40cm
10.3kg

There is a second box which has an outside run in it with a net top. It is one of those that you put the metal stakes in to grids and ground to hold them together. If you would also like that, the dimensions are:

58x7x58cm
4.7kg

My postcode is SG1 5QR. I think that is all the information you need for the courier. I would be happy to drop it off at a drop off point if it is local.
 
Hi no need to apologise at all I know it can be a big job organising everything.
That's wonderful does EVRI work for you thinking because of the size or is Royal Mail/Parcel Force better? X

Yes, evri is fine with me. Not sure how it all works though. Do you book it for collection? Do I take it somewhere? I can see a couple of places close to me to drop it off.

Thank you. Yes I do have a printer. I think there was a drop off point listed at the Glebe or the Oval (they are neighbourhood shops near me). One of those would be best for me please.
I could drop it off on Thursday afternoon.
 
Hi we're back guinea babies all collected and back now too.
Thank you for your patience. I can either ask admin to share our email addresses and I can then either send you the payment or I can do it and email you the postage label.

If you send your email address via the contact button, I'll pick it up from there. Those that want it also use the contact button and I'll forward the address on, you'll all have to bare with me, I'm just starting nights so there may be a delay. 👍
