I collected two piggies today from freecycle. There such gorgeous boys. Ive been told there both neutered but you cant be sure. The one is very nervous but the other seems ok. The black one has a big lump on his lip. It doesnt look like a bite though. I'm leaving them to settle then ill check him out more later.
The lady i collect them off was rehoming all her animals as she wanted a baby.

They have never had names :( so any ideas would be great. They look in ok shape just have sore feet but nowhere near as bad as some ive took in. If i dont fall in love with them they will be up for rehome in the near future.

Here they are (1st two photos the previous owner sent me. The last one i took today

They have been passed from pillow to post and are older boars. Its such a shame.

Name ideas please guys x

Hi,

I can't think of names as i'm completely useless............ummm how about Herbert and Scamp....lol

I really wanted to say that they look lovely and well done you for taking them in.

Claire
xx

lol thanks guys lots of ideas for me. Be easier to pick one once i get to know them slightly better. Thanks Claire, i had tio go get them, i worry about animals who are out freecycle as they could go to anyone :(

I'm glad these piggies have found you.... lets hope she treats her children better than her animals!

All the best for these gorgeous boys! Hoepfully, you can sort out the lump!

How about Midnight and Moonshine? Or Jet and Moonstone?

What sweet little things, glad they found a good home, she had many she was trying to get rid of?

I didn't think freecycle allowed pets or at least my local one doesn't.

Ohh names lol almost forgot - chalk & cheese sprang to my mind :)

Awww how can someone have pets without names? I'm really glad you have got them and now they will be looked after really well. Because they are older boars the only names I can think of are Bert and Ernie... I hope they have a very happy retirement!

thanks guys. Ive just gone up to see them and the black one is defiently in charge. he boses the other one around and the white one follows him so Del Boy and Rodney sprung to mind lol They really are heart breakers x

I love Del Boy and Rodders, I think it suits them, they are handsome piggies :))

I hope she realises that having a baby often isnt quite as easy as "I want a baby". Rehoming the pigs if shes not even pregnant seems a bit nonsensical really (We have been trying for 4 years and counting-Pigs will be staying when baby is here!)

Lovely piggy boys btw, good on you for getting them
