Freezing Veg/herbs

Think i'very gone a bit overboard on the veggies and herbs. Anybody freeze them to prevent waste. If so what freezes well and what doesn't?

I never freeze my veg or herbs. Are you talking about stuff for your pigs? Be warned; piggies should never be fed frozen veg or fruit. If you try to freeze herbs or any type of plant, it will turn to mush when you defrost it.

Yes for pigs but not to give frozen...defrosted.

No, you must not give them anything that has been frozen and defrosted. From the fridge is fine as long as you give it time to reach room temperature. But NOT from the freezer.
