Hi everyone

I noticed this last night when my 3 year old sow pepper did a pee. There was no sign of pain or discomfort when she urinated but she keeps parting with small bright red tiny blood spots. She is fine otherwise eating well and drinking. She does seem to be weeing frequently though.

Possible cystitis ?

I would strongly recommend to have her seen by a vet. UTI (bacterial urine infection), cystitis (inflammation of the bladder walls), bladder sludge or stones or (in a female guinea pig) issues with the womb can all materialise with very similar symptoms. it is obvious that you have caught things pretty early.
