Mine love the leaves, I get them from Lidl in the summer as they are only 19p each.

Ours love corn on the cob, it's a nightmare to cut it into 4 though! It keeps them busy for hours nibbling away!

Yes, I tried mine with corn on the cob once they just ate the green leaves and left the rest :D

i know of people who just take one or two from the back of the farmers field where i live i might try some of the leaves with the boys!

Ok, I think I'm about to ask a really stupid question - but do you cook the corn on the cob first (obviously giving them it cold) or could you just put it in their cage whole raw? :-\

You give it raw. If you cook veg then it takes away the nutritional value. :)

I gave Cloud and her 4 babies a fresh sweetcorn this morning - WOW I've never seen such a feeding frenzy, it was like watching children loose in a sweet shop. Gone in two minutes and there was not a thing left on it. ;D Wish I had taken a video of it now - little darlings :smitten:

Thanks. After I asked it I kinda thought that was a really stupid question considering every other veg they get is raw! 98)
