Fresh Herbs cheap!

Just thought id post a little note to everyone, I was in asda last night and the pots of fresh herbs which are normally 98p are all on at 50p atm :)

Got my lot a pot of parsley :)
 
I got some flat leaf parsley as a treat that was a big bunch for £1 down the market. They haven't had it for ages.
 
I got a half priced bag of mixed spring greens in Asda today for 25p - bargain! I quite often get the parsley at half price. Asda are really good for reduced veg.
 
And then they stopped it the swines! ::)

I can't get on with the pots, I end up full of soil! ^-^
 
lol i do too louise, so i get the bags :) same price and i think you get more in them :)
 
Try growing your own Parsley in a pot on the windowsill - really really simple and far far cheaper. O0
 
I should really give it a go - just hope the poor parsley survives! Don't worry - all my animals are safe - its just plants I kill! ;D
 
corriander grows really well and very easily too, we grow all our own during summer but when you have 6 hungry mouths it doesnt last very long! lol
 
got a huge bunch of parsley from our local village shop for £1 was enough for 4 with their tea O0 we don't have an asda here! >:( ;D
 
most of them :) check the shopping list at the top of this board to double check any food :)
