... Toddie will, health check permitting, be saying goodbye to 2 "close friends" :)
I've not made this decision lightly but he so craves the company of other piggies & has proved he won't accommodate a boar. He's lived next door to Maddie for 5 months & they've become increasingly close since being indoors so much so that they've been touching noses thru' the grids & have been laying next to one another (each on their own side of the grids) - something i never thought i'd see Maddie do.

I've only ever had one piggy neutered (my very first boy) approx 20yrs ago & he was fine & lived to the grand age of 7.5 but it won't stop me worrying about Toddie.
 
Aw, I hope everything goes ok with his op.

That just sounds so cute that they have been making friends through the grids - it will be such a joy for them to be paired up. Let us know how they get on.
 
Ah poor love getting his knackers knocked off! He'll be fine Niki and in this case I'm all for neutering. :D Hope they pair up well! x
 
Good luck with Toddie. I'm sure he and Maddie will make a wonderful pair.
 
Good luck Toddie - just think how nice it will be to have your friend in with you, instead of having to kiss through the grids.

Toddie we will be thinking of you. Murphy sends healing vibes to you too as he has been through the same he thinks its definately worth it as he now lives with three lovely ladies who adore him esp Honey B who is never leaves his side.x)

Murphy was just fine and acting as normal after a few hours of coming home.

Good luck little matey and tell your Mummy not to worry about you.x)

My boy is home, a tad swollen but apart from that he's as perky as ever. As soon as he got into his cage he brrrrr'd at Maddie who shoved her nose thru' the grids and started to groom him, she was like a love-sick teenager. :))
I feel that i've definitely done the right thing for them both x)

I'm so happy to hear that everything went ok. All the worry will be worth it when the loved-up couple are finally together - shame it won't be in time for Valentine's Day. :))

Let us know how they get on together - so so cute!

Sadly it won't be in time for Valentines Day or Maddies birthday but it will be in time for Toddies birthday & what a present! :)) x)
