Is it okay to give pigs frozen veg or does it have to be defrosted?

Neither. Freezing veg affects it so even when it's defrosted it's still lost some of the quality and nutrients. Only feed fresh veg

Really? I saw a show on BBC where they analyzed the nutrients in fresh, tinned and frozen foods and frozen came above fresh in a few cases

Fresh veg is the only thing for piggies.

Piggies need pure unadulterated fresh veggies. And loads of hay. You can’t process either in any way.
