Now I know you should not feed them shop bought frozen as its often cooked partially before freezing and cooked beg is a no no but what if you freeze fresh veg yourself, without cooking it beforehand? As long as its properly defrosted at room temperature is this ok? Sorry silly question but I need to know, it's bugging me!
 
I wouldn't as bacteria are multiply very quickly when the veg is defrosting.
 
Very cold food can upset piggies' tummies. I even get mine out of the fridge an hour or so before they get it so it is up to room temperature first :)
