I once saw a link to a fruit & veg chart on one of the posts that was very simple to follow. The fruit and veg were colour coded as to how frequently they could/should be fed. I think it was in PDF format.
Unfortunately my computer died & I lost it.
Does anyone, by any remote chance, have the chart or the link so I can get hold of it again without having to go through every post ?

I think someone had used this info to create a chart that was colour coded, something like green for stuff that should be fed daily, red infrequently and purple was on there too. I'll try and find it ................ if I can :)

It doesn't cover everything but I found it clear and helpful. I gave a copy to my young daughter's friend who's just got piggies and was only giving them carrots and raisins :)

This is a very interesting and helpful chart, and I have just printed it off! O0

However I am a bit worried that not all the information provided is correct.

For example, both dandelion and spinach are listed as 1-2 times per week, and when one of our piggies had kidney problems once, Vedra from the CCT asked straight away if we might have been feeding food with too much calcium in - like spinach.
Since then I am very wary of feeding these foods, and only do it very rarely.
