Sadly, my beautiful baby girl Fudge passed away very suddenly 2 days ago, aged 3 1/2. She showed no signs of illness and was eating, drinking and squeaking right up to the end.
I miss her very much, as does her hutch-mate Treacle. She was a beautiful light brown piggie and I thought I would have much more time with her than I did :( 8...

So sorry for your loss, she looked like a very beautiful girl! I hope Treacle is coping ok! Such a shame when we loose our beloved piggies! :rose
 
So sorry to hear about your Fudge. It is always hard when they cross the Rainbow Bridge and more so when it happens for no apparent reason.

Give yourself and Treacle lots of love and hugs. Hold onto the precious, happy memories and remember Fudge.

Fudge will be ok over the Bridge being looked after by all the piggies who have gone before. Maybe your Fudge will meet my Fudge and his brothers.

So sorry for your loss, Fudge has gone to the great guinea pig run in the sky where the grass is always green.

Thank you all for your sweet comments, she really was a beautiful pig and definitely the most vocal of the 4, and it's strange coming home and not having her saying hello :(

She was very cheeky, very vocal as well :) They were extremely inquisitve ladies - this is her on top of the hutch as I clean them out (garden does not permit for a run :( ). Although the picture is of Fudge, not of Treacle!
 
Fudge was gorgeous and I am so sorry that you have lost her so suddenly. It really whacks you around!

I don't know whether this would be considered morbid or not, but I just got my baby Fudge back from the crematorium. She has been taken care of wonderfully, and is now in a beautiful little casket watching over me.8...8... She was on the table watching over Treacle & Bernadette while they were having their morning cuddles too. x>>

So sorry for your loss, by that picture i can tell she was a gorgeous little piggy, such a shame she's gone.
